I undertake servicing, repairs and upgrades
on all types of bike from kid's to pro's. I can provide free written quotations,
and within the
area I cover there is no call out charge and free collection & delivery
too. The prices given below are the labour
charges for a selection of typical jobs. The cost of any parts
that may be needed will vary depending on the quality of component,
though my parts prices are very competitive...click

- Check for wear and adjust brakes
- Check for wear and adjust gears
- Clean and lube transmission
- Check security of all bolts
- Check adjustment of bottom bracket, hubs and headset
- Check wheel alignment and spoke tension
- Road test
NB: does not include service of suspension
forks or rear shocks

(£60.00 + parts)
- Complete strip down, clean frame and all
components, lube and rebuild
- Service hubs, where possible
- Service bottom bracket, where possible
- Service headset, where possible
- Clean brake surfaces
- Check for wear and adjust brakes
- Check for wear and adjust gears
- Check security of all bolts
- Check wheel alignment and spoke tension
- Road test

Assemble
new bike, supplied boxed (£25.00 + parts)
- Many new bikes are sold to the public in
boxes, in a part-assembled state. If you don't have the time,
tools or inclination to tackle the assembly let Bicycle S.O.S
do it for you.
- The bike will first be inspected for transit damage.
You will be made aware of any problems before assembly takes
place, in case you wish to return it to the supplier. If all
is well the bike will be unpacked and correctly assembled so that it conforms
with BS: 6102. You will be contacted if any parts are required
to achieve this.
